To qualify for a refund:

Your return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be in unused, original condition, with all original packaging (including the box) included.

Products must not show signs of installation, damage, or tampering.

Refunds apply only to eligible returns as outlined in our full Return Policy.

Once your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days.

We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–6 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please allow 4–6 business days for your package to reach our warehouse before processing begins.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it right away:

Email info@maxfaucets.ca as soon as you receive your order.

Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short video showing the problem (if possible)

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not available or suitable.

In eligible cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.
