Lifetime Warranty: Limited Warranty on MAX Faucets®

Since 2014, MAX Faucets has been a trusted leader in high-quality plumbing products, known for their durability and decorative finishes that resist wear. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty ensures your faucet will deliver reliable service for as long as you own your home. Below are important details to help you maintain your faucet’s quality. Please review the information carefully.
Parts and Finish Coverage
MAX Faucets® purchased from authorized sellers are covered by this warranty, provided the original purchaser still owns the home where the faucet was installed. This warranty covers:
• All parts (excluding electronic components and batteries)
• Faucet finishes
The warranty remains valid as long as the faucet stays in the same home. It guarantees that all parts and finishes are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Coverage for Residential and Commercial Applications
For multi-family residential settings, the warranty period is five (5) years from the date of purchase. Multi-family residential refers to faucets purchased by non-resident owners for use in:
• Single-unit or multi-unit homes (e.g., duplexes or townhomes)
• Condominiums, apartment buildings, or community living centers
For all other commercial applications, the warranty period is also five (5) years from the purchase date.
Note: For the following locations, the warranty is limited to two (2) years:
• Industrial or institutional properties
• Hotels, motels, or extended-stay accommodations
• Airports, dormitories, educational facilities
• Long-term or short-term healthcare facilities (e.g., hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living units)
• Public or common areas
Electronic Parts
For MAX Faucets® with electronic parts (excluding batteries), the warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the original purchase date. For commercial purchasers, this period is reduced to one (1) year. No warranty is provided for batteries.
What MAX Faucets Will Do
During the applicable warranty period, MAX Faucets will repair or replace any defective part or finish at no charge. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund or exchange may be offered. This warranty applies under normal installation, use, and service conditions.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unless required by law. The following are not included in this warranty:
• Labor charges for installation, repair, or removal
• Damage from normal wear and tear, outdoor use, misuse, freezing, abuse, neglect, or improper installation/maintenance
• Issues arising from failure to follow cleaning and care instructions
We recommend professional installation and the use of genuine MAX Faucets® replacement parts.

Please provide your model number, date of purchase and installation, and a detailed description of the issue. Proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt) is required unless the product was registered with MAX Faucets or purchased from our official websites.
This warranty applies only to MAX Faucets® manufactured after January 11, 2020, and installed in Canada or the United States.
