Our Promise to You
At MAX Faucets®, we proudly stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make the process easy.

1. Easy Returns

We understand how plans change.

• You can return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unused, in salable condition, and include original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• A flat-rate return shipping label is available here: Return Shipping Label

• Please ensure your order is eligible before purchasing a return label.

2. Not Eligible for Return

We do our best to accept most returns, but the following cannot be returned:

• Returns requested after 30 days

• Items that are used, damaged, or installed

• Items with custom paint or modifications

• Missing original box or packaging

• Items altered or opened outside of MAX Faucets® authorized service

3. Return Instructions

To help us process your return smoothly:

• Pack the item in its original box, then place inside a larger shipping box/bag

• Remove or cover any old shipping labels

• Securely seal your package

• Print and attach your return label to the outside

• Return labels are non-refundable
