You may request a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included

Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used, installed, or damaged items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products altered or not handled by MAX Faucets®

To return your item:

  1. Repack the product in its original box
  2. Place it inside a secure outer box or shipping bag
  3. Remove or cover old shipping labels
  4. Attach your return label
  5. Seal the package securely
