Return Policy

Return An Item

Our Promise:

• We Stand Behind Our Products.

• If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we’ll help you for exchange with a new order. 

• If a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just let us know.    


Easy Returns:

We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. 

• Items may be returned for refund or replacement, 

• Please contact us within 30 days of date of purchase and items have to be in salable condition. 

• Shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.

• Return shipping label available for purchase separately, Flat rate box.

• Make Sure Your Order Eligible for return first before you get the label.


Worry Free

• If an item is flawed or get any damaged from shipping, please contact us as soon as you can and we will assist you.  

• every order has insurance with the same amount of your porches from the carrier.


Items Not Eligible:

• Items that have been passed 30 days of date of purchase.  

• Items that have been altered or mishandle.

• Items with custom work or painting at time of sale.a 

• Items that’s you try to open it or open it outside MAX Faucets customers service and maintenance. 

• Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.). 

• If an installed item is defective, please contact Customer Service for assistance returning Or Exchange.    


Sending Your Package:   

• Pack the item in its original box, and put the original box inside box or bag.

• Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers.   

• Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.     

• Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.  

• Print the your return shipping label and stick it on the return box 

• Get the return shipping label, flat rate. 


Your Refund

• Allow 4 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center Within 48 hours from receiving your return will be processed back into our inventory.   

• Your financial institution will credit your card 2 - 5 business days later. 

• Once your return has been received, you'll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed.  

• Please note there is a 15% restocking fee may apply for all return orders.     


Damaged In Transit:

• If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, upon receipt.

• Please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
