LIMITED WARRANTY ON MAX Faucets®

All faucets come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the faucet body, finish, and function for as long as you own your home. The warranty information below outlines important details about maintaining the quality of your new faucet. Read through the warranty information carefully to ensure the best care for your faucet.
Parts and Finish
MAX Faucets® purchased from MAX Faucets or authorized sellers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser.
This warranty covers all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes.
The warranty is valid as long as the homeowner who bought the faucet still owns the house.
It does not matter if the house has changed hands.
The faucet must remain in the same house in order for the warranty to remain in effect.
It guarantees that the parts and finishes are free from defects in material and workmanship.
For Commercial and Residential Purchasers,
The warranty period for multi family residential applications is five years, starting from the date of original purchase.
For all other commercial applications, the warranty period is also five years from the date of original purchase.
The term multi family residential application in this warranty refers to the purchase of the faucet by a non-resident owner.
This includes a single unit or multi-unit detached home (duplex or townhome), condos, apartment building or community living center.
These installations are not eligible for the 5-year warranty and are subject to the 2-year warranty:
- Industrial, institutional, or other business premises
- Hotel, motel, or extended stay location, Airport, Dormitory, Educational facility,
Long-term or short-term healthcare facility, such as a hospital, rehabilitation center, nursing, assisted or staged-care living unit Public space or common area.
Parts and Finish for MAX Faucets®
MAX Faucets Inc. Canadian Company and the owner of the trademark offers for sale on maxfaucet.com and maxfaucets.ca MAX Faucets® as a certified faucets.
MAX Faucets® are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all parts and finishes, except electronic parts and batteries. It covers any defects in material and workmanship. This warranty only applies to the original consumer purchaser.
For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is one (2) year from the date of original purchase.
Electronic parts (other than batteries), if any, of MAX Faucets® purchased from maxfaucet.com, maxfaucet.ca MAX Faucets sellers who are authorized are warranted to the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of original purchase. For commercial purchasers, the warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries.
What We Will Do
MAX Faucets Company will repair or replace any part or finish free of charge during the applicable warranty period. This warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. MAX Faucets Company may not be able to repair or replace the product. In this case, they will offer a refund or exchange for its return.
What Is Not Covered
MAX Faucets Company cannot guarantee the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers. Therefore, this warranty does not apply to MAX Faucets products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unless prohibited by law.
Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty.
MAX Faucets Company shall not be held responsible for any damage to the faucet caused by reasonable wear and tear. This includes outdoor use, misuse, freezing water, abuse, neglect, or incorrect installation, maintenance, or repair. Furthermore, failure to follow applicable care and cleaning instructions is not covered.
MAX Faucets Company recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair of faucets. We also recommend that you use only genuine MAX Faucets® replacement parts.
What You Must Do To Obtain Warranty Service or Replacement Parts

When contacting us, please include your model number and date of original purchase, date of installation, owner name and explain the issues.

To make a warranty claim, the original buyer of the product must verify their purchase with MAX Faucets Company.
This requires providing details such as the model number, date of purchase, date of installation, owner name and explain the issues.
The original receipt must also be provided. Exceptions to this are if the product was registered with MAX Faucets Company or purchased from maxfaucets.com. or maxfaucets.ca.
This warranty only applies to MAX faucets® manufactured after January 11, 2020.
These faucets must be installed in either Canada or the United States of America.
