As the manufacturer, we stand behind every product with this Lifetime Limited Warranty.

1. What This Warranty Covers

This manufacturer’s warranty applies to MAX Faucets® products purchased from authorized retailers and installed in Canada or the United States.

It covers:

Mechanical components of the faucet (excluding electronic parts and batteries)

Leak-free and drip-free performance under normal use

Manufacturing and material defects

This warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original installation location.

2. Warranty Duration by Application

Primary Residential Use – Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime coverage for mechanical parts and faucet performance for the original homeowner.

Multi-Family Residences – 10-Year Warranty

For faucets installed in rental homes, condos, apartments, duplexes, and townhomes.

Commercial Applications – 5-Year Warranty

For faucets installed in stores, offices, restaurants, or any commercial setting.

Special Environments – 2-Year Warranty

For installations in hotels, airports, hospitals, clinics, schools, and industrial environments.

3. Electronic Components Warranty

For faucets with electronic components (excluding batteries):

Residential: 3 years

Commercial: 1 year

Batteries are not covered.

4. What MAX Faucets® Will Do

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, MAX Faucets® will:

Repair the defective part, or

Provide a replacement part or product at no charge

If repair or replacement is not possible, MAX Faucets® may offer a refund or a comparable product exchange.

Warranty decisions are based on MAX Faucets® standard inspection and testing procedures.

5. What Is Not Covered (Updated Version)

This warranty does not cover:

Labor costs for installation, removal, or repair

Damage caused by:

Misuse, abuse, neglect, impact, or accidents

Improper or incorrect installation

Outdoor use (unless specifically stated for outdoor use)

Freezing, high-pressure, or harsh water conditions

Damage caused by:

Use of harsh or abrasive cleaners

Cleaners containing bleach, ammonia, alcohol, acids, or aggressive chemicals

Rough or abrasive cloths, abrasive pads, scrub brushes, or any cleaning tools that may damage the finish

Additional exclusions:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Damage or defects caused by non–MAX Faucets® replacement parts

Normal wear and tear

Unauthorized Repairs / Disassembly

Warranty is void if the product has been opened, disassembled, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized MAX Faucets® technician.

Any faucet showing signs of tampering, self-repair, or internal alterations will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Damage resulting from attempts to repair the product outside the MAX Faucets® service department is not covered under this warranty.

Professional installation

Use of genuine MAX Faucets® replacement parts

7. Additional Information & Legal Notice

Warranty applies only to MAX Faucets® products manufactured after January 11, 2020

Warranty applies only in Canada and the United States

Some provinces/states (including Quebec) do not allow certain warranty limitations.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your location.

🖌 8. Lifetime Finish Warranty (With Manufacturer Conditions)

MAX Faucets® guarantees that all faucet finishes — including matte black, brushed gold, shiny gold, chrome, brushed nickel, and all other MAX Faucets® finishes — are protected against:

Peeling

Flaking

Corrosion

Finish defects

This coverage applies for the lifetime of the original homeowner under normal residential use.

IMPORTANT — Finish Warranty Conditions

The lifetime finish warranty is valid only when the product has been properly cared for using:

Soft cloths

Warm water

Mild, non-chemical soap (if needed)

The finish warranty will be void if the customer uses:

Abrasive pads, steel wool, or scrub brushes

Cleaners containing bleach, ammonia, alcohol, acids, or harsh chemicals

Bathroom sprays, glass cleaners, or disinfectants on the faucet

Harsh descaling products for hard water

Incorrect cleaning methods that damage the finish

Finish damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance is not covered.

MAX Faucets® reserves the right to inspect the product before approving finish claims.
