MAX Faucets® Lifetime Limited Warranty

At MAX Faucets, we take pride in offering high-quality plumbing products known for their durability, design, and premium finishes. Since 2014, we’ve been committed to providing products that stand the test of time. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty ensures that your faucet will deliver reliable performance for as long as you own your home.

Coverage Details:

This warranty covers the following for MAX Faucets® purchased from authorized sellers and installed in your primary residence:

  • All parts (excluding electronic components and batteries)
  • Faucet finishes that remain free from defects in material and workmanship

As long as the faucet stays in the same home, the warranty remains valid.

Residential and Commercial Coverage:

  • Residential Use: Lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
  • Multi-Family Residences (5 years): Faucets in duplexes, townhomes, apartments, and condominiums are covered for 5 years from the purchase date.
  • Commercial Applications (5 years): Coverage applies for 5 years from the purchase date for commercial settings.
  • Special Locations (2 years): Warranty for industrial, institutional, and hospitality settings, such as hotels, airports, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, is limited to 2 years.

Coverage for Electronic Parts:

For faucets with electronic components (excluding batteries), the warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 2 years (1 year for commercial use). Batteries are not covered.

What We Will Do:

If your MAX Faucet is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected parts or finishes at no charge. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will offer a refund or exchange. This warranty applies when the faucet is used under normal installation, use, and service conditions.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor charges for installation, repair, or removal
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, outdoor use, freezing, or improper installation/maintenance
  • Failure to follow cleaning and care instructions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Note: We recommend professional installation and the use of genuine MAX Faucets® parts to ensure the longevity of your faucet.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To claim warranty service, please provide the following information:

  • Model number
  • Date of purchase and installation
  • Name on the order
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt) or product registration if available.
