We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we aim to make returns simple and hassle-free.

You may request a return for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in new, salable condition with original packaging included.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Repack it in its original box, then place that box into a secure outer box or shipping bag

Remove or cover old shipping labels

Attach your return label to the package

Ensure it’s sealed tightly to prevent damage

Label cost is non-refundable
