Approved Returns
After purchasing the label, please allow 1–2 business days to receive it by email.
Once received:
- Print the shipping label.
- Attach it securely to the outside of your package.
- Completely remove or cover any old shipping labels.
- Drop the package off at the carrier location indicated on the label.
- Keep your receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.

Before purchasing, please measure and weigh your packaged product carefully.

- Maximum package weight: 3 kg
This return label is valid for packages up to 22″ × 11″ × 3″ and 3 kg.
If your package exceeds either limit, please do not purchase this label. Contact us at info@maxfaucets.ca, and we will help you obtain the correct shipping label. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Warranty Returns
If you have been instructed to return a product or part as part of an approved warranty claim, this label may be used for that shipment.
Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transportation. Information about your warranty replacement and its tracking number will be provided separately.
